What drew you to working on a farm? I have always been someone who likes to work in an environment where what I am putting out ultimately creates something useful for me and others. Farming just came natural to me in that case since we are always inputting our handwork into the land in order to create something new.
What are you most excited for in the future? Establishing a better relationship with Regenerative Land Management practices that will restore and protect future farms around the world from long standing environmental damage already created from mono crop and conventional farming.

Favorite thing to do at the farm? My favorite things is managing our native plant propagation and starting a new plant nursery

Where do you live:? Ojai
What drew you to working on a farm? Everything! Ever since I was a little gal, I've had an endless curiosity for all things Earth. Farming is a beautiful way I can have my hands in the soil and give back to the land and community all at once.
What are you most excited for in the future? To see our vision come to life. Harvest season here we come!

Hobbies: Just to name a few: singing, dancing, making videos, making art of all kinds, writing, doing anything active in nature, learning how to skateboard and going on adventures with my best pals.
Favorite thing to do at the farm? Swaying in the rainbow hammock with a stellar view and dreaming BIG.

What drew you to working on a farm? I want to connect to the roots of what cooking and hospitality are. I want to deliver the best to our community.
What are you most excited for in the future? I’m excited to see the creative and delicious paths the food we harvest will take.

Hobbies: My family is my favorite hobby but I also enjoy backpacking, skateboarding and archery.

What drew you to working on a farm? The cleanest, most local food and rink for my family and my community.

What drew you to working on a farm? The idea of with likeminded team members to create a business that serves the environment and the community.
What are you most excited for in the future? Having our first full meal using only items from our land.

What drew you to working on a farm? Growing up in a farming community, I was raised to appreciate what a gift it is to have access to fruits and veggies grown locally, organically, and for flavor. I wanted to be a part of the movement of small-farm workers who are passionate about connecting to their little pocket of land, the people who eat their goods, and inspire a love of good food and the importance of where it comes from.
What are you most excited for in the future? Observing the ecosystem take off with all the life we've been working hard to cultivate up here
